How to place the order?

You have find youre dream dress and want to place the order but dont know how?

For the Size/Measurments:

After you order the dress, we will contact you and send you the introduction which measurements we need from you. Please leave a correct email address, your Instagram name or your number that we can text you in WhatsApp.

Than follow these steps:

1. Select color and size.
   1. The color selection “Other Color” is available i.e. we can tailor your dress in your desired color. Choose the color number from the color palette – where do you ask yourself now? More on that in a moment!
   2. Choose the right size – “Custom Size” or “Plus Custom Size” ??
      • Custom Size is smaller or equal as EU Size 46
      • Plus Custom Size is bigger than EU Size 46

1. After the selection put the Dress into the Basket
   1. You have a Discountcode? Than click on “View Basket”
   2. Put youre Discountcode and click on “Apply on Coupon”

1. Continue to checkout
   • Now we need your personal data like your name, address etc.
   • Did you choose “Other Color”? Please enter the color number in the order note.
   • Next you choose a date – please select the exact date on which you want to wear the dress. Our clothes are tailored after get your order – you are unsure whether the dress will arrive on time? Then write to us and we can help you. The best way to reach us is via Instagram.

1. Payment method
   1. You have the option between:
      1. By bank transfer (prepayment)
      2. PayPal
      3. Debit/Credit card
      4. Pay upon invoice
   2. Choose a payment method. Check “I have read the terms and conditions and agree to them” and complete the order.
